Please read these terms carefully before using the pk24 platform — this is a legal agreement between you and us.
This document forms a legally binding agreement between pk24 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the pk24 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are giving your full consent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

1. General Provisions
pk24 is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, casino games, slots, and other interactive gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and activities on the platform.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering with pk24, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions in full. These terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
1.2 Changes to Terms
pk24 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.
1.3 Language & Interpretation
These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
2. Eligibility & Account
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use services on pk24, you must be 21 years of age or older. The use of any service on this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age is considered a serious violation and may result in account termination along with forfeiture of all accumulated funds.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one pk24 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method, they will be closed and any bonus funds will be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Account Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination. If any of your details change, please notify the pk24 support team immediately.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Payment Summary
- Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
- Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (per method)
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawal Time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
3.1 Deposit Policy
Only bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted for depositing funds into pk24. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are generally processed instantly. Once a deposit is completed, please verify that it has been credited to your account balance.
3.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the verification process. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
3.3 Use of Own Funds
You may only deposit funds from an account that belongs to you. Transactions from third-party accounts or managing an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited. Suspicious transactions related to money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will be investigated and the relevant authorities may be notified.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on pk24 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus Key Terms
- Bonus Rate: 120% on first deposit
- Maximum Bonus: ৳20,000
- Wagering Requirement: 25x the bonus amount
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200
- Wagering Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳34,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). For example, a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳30,000 (৳1,200 × 25) in wagers. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
The following rules apply when using bonus funds:
- A member may benefit from a bonus offer only once.
- Bonus offers are non-transferable.
- Two bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
- If prohibited activities are carried out using bonus funds, the bonus will be forfeited.
- pk24 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4.4 Promotional Offers
From time to time, pk24 may launch various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the offer page or banner. These general terms and conditions also apply to promotional offers.
5. Gaming Policy
5.1 Fair Play Commitment
pk24 believes in fair play. All our games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.
5.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for various games and markets. These limits are clearly stated on the game pages. pk24 reserves the right to modify these limits when necessary.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a game session is interrupted due to a server or network problem, pk24 will review the bets placed at that time and provide a resolution. For incomplete game rounds, decisions will be made according to system logs.
5.4 Sports Betting
For sports betting, the official result of the match or event will be considered final. If an event is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been placed, the stake will be refunded or settled in accordance with pk24 guidelines.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk24:
- Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use an account.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with a false or fake identity.
- Manipulating or abusing the bonus system.
- Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform.
- Placing bets professionally on behalf of a third party.
Involvement in any of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and may lead to legal action.
7. Privacy & Security
7.1 Data Collection & Use

7.2 SSL Encryption
pk24 uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure. Your financial and personal information is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
7.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell users' personal information to third parties. However, information may be provided to relevant authorities when necessary for security verification, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
pk24 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server issues, or other reasons. pk24 is not liable for any losses arising from such situations.
8.2 Betting Risk
Online gaming and betting inherently carry financial risk. Do not wager more than you can afford to lose. pk24 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gaming.
8.3 Third-Party Services
pk24 relies on third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others) and payment services. pk24 is not directly liable for any faults or disruptions in these third-party services, but will assist in finding a resolution.
9. Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 pk24's Rights
pk24 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of terms and conditions.
- On suspicion of fraud or manipulation.
- For suspicious activity related to money laundering.
- If an unusual betting pattern is detected.
- For legal or regulatory reasons.
9.2 Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the pk24 support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, bonus funds will be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
pk24 may take action on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with its own policy. Users will be notified before any action is taken regarding an active balance.

10.1 Self-Restriction Tools

11.3 Severability of Terms
If any part of these terms is found to be legally invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
